Sassan K. Moghadam

FOUNDER

Sassan K. Moghadam is a well-established general contractor, real estate developer and landlord. His career spans over three decades with proven performances of on-time and on-budget projects in the commercial construction industry. Sassan holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Oklahoma. While at OU, Sassan founded Sooner Homes, having great success as a young homebuilder. In 1984, Sassan founded Precision Builders, a very successful general contracting firm that is still thriving today. As his career continued to advance, he co-founded Aria Development, one of the most active real estate development firms in the metro. Sassan’s hands-on development and construction experience, coupled with his unique and diverse combination of engineering and design skills, quickly establishes the trust of his clients. He provides innovative, cost effective, and reliable solutions for their individual construction needs. Sassan’s various business ventures include: Aria Development, Precision Builders, Windstone Construction and ownership of over 500,000 sq ft of commercial space.

Sassan has been a pillar of the community; engaged in the Norman Chamber of Commerce, the Norman Developer’s Council, BASCO, the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, the United Way, the Red Cross, etc. Sassan is a forever mentor to those that surround him, and, has been very blessed to work beside his daughter and business partner, Lisa Talley, owner of a successful real estate brokerage in Norman. In his free time, Sassan is very serious about safari hunting and big game conservation; traveling all over the world, making friends. 

KRISTI WALKER

ACCOUNTANT

Kristi Walker joined Aria Development in the fall of 2015.  Kristi holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of Central Oklahoma and brings over 20 years of Accounting experience to our team. Kristi manages over fifty intercompany related entities; working closely with other accountants, outside partners, lenders, agents, subcontractors, etc. Projections, budgeting, budget tracking, tax preparation/planning and a keen eye for detail add to the extended resources that she brings to our team.

Prior to joining Aria Development, Kristi worked in the Aerospace Industry as an Accounting Manager, served as a controller in a publicly held solid waste and landfill company, and held the position as a comptroller for a local auto group.  In addition to serving as the in-house Accountant at Aria Development and Windstone Construction, she is the Principal in her consulting business, Accounting Prescriptions, LLC.  This has serviced a multi- location Oil and Gas Distributer along with other accounting clients. 

Kristi is happily married and has one daughter, Kolbie. The Walker’s live in South OKC/W. Moore, but Kolbie attends a private elementary school in Norman.

LISA TALLEY

BROKER / PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Lisa is the owner and broker for Aria Real Estate. She has built a business that not only includes sales, but residential and commercial real estate as well as HOA’s. Her passion for helping people buy and sell homes is exemplified through her portfolio. Actively involved in the community, she’s a proud Leadership Norman graduate as well as a Norman Chamber of Commerce board member and Center for Children and Families cabinet campaign board member.

Some of her other memberships include the National Association of Realtors, Norman Board of Realtors, OKC Board of Realtors, National Association of Professional Women, Rotary International, and Norman Next. She has also volunteered countless hours with Cleveland Elementary, St. Joseph’s Early Childhood Development Center, Journey Church, and Junior League of Norman.

Lisa and Sam are the proud parents of three children and proudly call Norman their home.

MELISSA THOMAS

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Melissa has served as our commercial property manager at Aria Real Estate for the past two years, overseeing every aspect of our commercial real estate portfolio. She developed an unparalleled work ethic while growing up in the small town of Wewoka, upon graduation, she relocated to attend the University of Oklahoma and immediately fell in love with the Norman community. Melissa worked in banking for twelve years and in June 2014, accepted a position with the Aria Real Estate team. 

She currently manages approximately 290,000 square feet of commercial property including retail, office, medical, and executive suites. One of the many aspects Melissa enjoys most about working with Aria is the opportunity to build relationships.

Having become invested in the community, Melissa has chosen to raise her family in Norman. She has three active children: Jake, 16 along with Bella, 14 and Tyson 11. She enjoys being involved with their schools and regularly attends ball games and booster club activities.
